HomeSmart Properties has struck a money spinning deal with Chorley based children's hospice Derian House.

The deal will see 10% of HomeSmart's total income from each house sale donated to the charity.   We are hoping the deal will be worth tens of thousands of pounds annually to Derian House.  We know Derian House has to raise £1.45m each year to make ends meet and we firmly believe we can make a significant contribution to its fund raising effort.

Derian House general manager Trevor Briggs said receiving HomeSmart's support is a massive boost.   “This deal with HomeSmart is tremendous for Derian House,' he said. “Literally every penny we raise counts because we receive just four days funding a year from the Government. The rest we have to raise ourselves which requires dedication and a huge amount of work from our supporters.”
